Rose is a shrub plant of the genus Rosa as well as the name of the flower produced by this plant. Wild roses consisting of more than 100 species mostly grow in the cool northern hemisphere. Rose species are generally thorny shrubs or climbing plants which can reach 2 to 5 meters in height. Although rarely found, the height of the rose plant that propagates in other plants can reach 20 meters.
Roses are known to have many varieties, so they are called Rosaceae or the family of roses. Technological advances increasingly make this plant family diverse with colors ranging from red, purple, black and even a mixture of several colors. Besides that, the flower petals are also more varied, from single, double to stacked ones.
